All-Level Vinyasa: 

A more active form of Hatha Yoga.

This practice focuses on the balance of strength and flexibility. There is something for everyone in these classes, with variations and modifications to support a healthy practice for life.

 

Fundamentals 1-2

Further explore the principles of Yoga. This class is designed to progressively develop strength, flexibility and body intelligence by introducing more advanced postures and breathing techniques.

 

 

Beginner's: 

The basics of a Vinyasa Yoga practice.

This class is for both newbies to Yoga and those who want to fine tune their practice with tips & tricks to keep the practice healthy and sustainable.

 

Stretch & Restore (Yin):  

Slow down from the fast pace of city life with this deeply restorative class. This class will assist you in feeling rejuvenated and able to enjoy your body's fullest potential.

 

Meditation:

Mindfulness techniques paired with yogic insights. This class will begin with gentle movement to help ease you into a deeper meditation. Great for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their mediation practice.

About Me


About Me


My name is Jessi Smith

My purpose is to empower you to feel your best in a healthy body & focused mind through the Practice of Yoga. 

 

I found Yoga in 1998, and began teaching in 1999. 

My primary teacher is Baron Baptiste

I  became certified by the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Institute in 2003 & travelled for a few years with my Teacher; assisting workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings.

That's when my yoga awareness began to expand. I was exposed to many different Teachers and styles of Yoga.

I experienced the Teachings of Shiva Rae, Ana Forrest, Sharon Gannon & David Life, Rod Stryker, Rusty Wells, Nicki Doane & Eddie Modestini, Johnny Kest, and a host of brilliant people who also share a Love for Yoga.

I believe all Yoga works, and use Vinyasa Yoga as a base to build each individual’s Practice.
